Wife of murdered gangster Sanjiv Jeeva moves Supreme Court for permission to attend funeral

A bench of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Rajesh Bindal said that the Court will hear the matter and pass an order on Friday.

Payal Maheshwari, wife of deceased gangster Sanjiv Maheshwari Jeeva, who was shot dead on the premises of a Lucknow court on Wednesday, moved the Supreme Court on Thursday seeking permission to attend her husband's funeral.
