Through weekend-only classes, a session on Legal Research, and a virtual mock court stimulation at the end of the course, you will gain theoretical command, trainings on drafting, and real civil litigation experiences via interactive virtual sessions.

Course content: A comprehensive dive into civil procedure excellence

Spanning 12 weeks of structured modules, the curriculum unpacks the CPC's foundational principles and procedural nuances, from institution of suits to trial, evidence, and execution.

Special emphasis on commercial litigation includes case management under the Commercial Courts Act, urgent interim reliefs (Order XXXIX), and appeals (Sections 96-112).

Each module blends statutory interpretation with landmark judgments, ensuring you understand not just the 'what' but the 'how' and 'why' behind every provision. Practical sessions will demystify drafting under key Orders/Sections – e.g., framing plaints (Order VII),countering with written statements (Order VIII), seeking injunctions (Order XXXIX), and executing decrees (Order XXI).

You will receive sample templates for plaints, affidavits, applications, and notices, customized for civil, commercial, and execution matters.

To culminate your journey a special session on Legal Research and Writing will equip you with tools for case analysis, precedent hunting, and persuasive drafting—essential skills for real-world advocacy.

This will be complemented by a virtual mock court simulation, where you will observe courtroom-like environment, gain insights into oral arguments, and defense strategies through hands-on observation and guided practice.
