Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur, has announced admissions to its Ph.D programme 2025–26.

The University offers two research streams

• Ph.D in Law

• Ph.D in Law and interdisciplinary studies

Areas of research include Constitutional Law, International Law, Human Rights, Law and Technology, Intellectual Property, Environmental Law, Corporate Governance, Public Health Law, Privacy and Data Protection, and Tribal and Indigenous Law and Policy.

The selection process consists of an All-India Written Test followed by a presentation of the research proposal. Candidates who have qualified under UGC-NET or SLET are exempted from the written test.

• Last date for submission of applications: November 30, 2025

• Notification of eligible candidates: December 3, 2025

• All-India Written Test (at HNLU Campus): December 21, 2025
