HNPLU student meets with fatal road accident

The student was on a bike with a second year student when a car hit them from behind.

A first-year student of Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla passed away in a road accident on October 8.

The student, identified as Ayush, was on a bike with a second-year student when a car hit them from behind.

Ayush was declared dead upon reaching the hospital. The second year student is in critical condition and has been admitted to Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC), Shimla.

In an email to students, the University's registrar asked them to assemble at 10 AM on Thursday to mourn the death. All classes have been suspended for the day.
