JGLS reaches final of PAX Private International Law Moot Court

The team representing the University of Ljubljana won the competition.

A team from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), OP Jindal Global University finished as runners-up at the PAX Private International Law Moot Court Competition, 2025 hosted by Maastricht University, Netherlands.

The team comprised Akshar Jindal, Anushka Rao, Maya Sarmah and Abhinandan Adhikari.

The team representing the University of Ljubljana won the competition.

The moot concerned issues of jurisdiction, applicable law and recognition of judgements under the Brussels I-bis, Rome-I, Rome- II, and the Judgements Convention.
