University of the Sunshine Coast (Australia) wins HSF-NLU Delhi International Negotiation Competition

Herbert Smith Freehills LLP and the National Law University, Delhi jointly organised the third edition of the International Negotiation Competition (INC) from September 9 -11, 2016 at the NLU Delhi campus.

The University of the Sunshine Coast was awarded the Best Negotiation Team while Australian National University (Australia) comprising Camilla Pondel and Kieran Pender was the Runners-Up.

The M. Salgaocar College team comprising Terence Aurora and Tammanna Aurora was awarded the prize for the Best Negotiation Plan

Jeremy Roe from the University of Melbourne (Australia) was awarded the prize for the Best Negotiator while the team from Rhodes University (South Africa) comprising Orla Murphy and Relebohile Chabeli won the Spirit of the Competition award.

The finals was adjudicated by Mr Chris Parsons (Chairman, India Practice, Herbert Smith Freehills), Mr Ashish Chandra (General Counsel, Snapdeal) and Dr Akhil Prasad (General Counsel, Boeing).
