School of Law, Christ University wins TNNLU-CCI National Moot, 2021

The School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bangalore was adjudged as Winners in the recently held 4th TNNLU-CCI National Moot Court Competition. The winning team consisted of Speakers Ms. Gayathri Balasubramanian, Ms. Pooja Kateel and Researcher Mr. Prahalad Sriram.

The Moot Court Competition was organised by Tamil Nadu National Law University, Tiruchirappalli and was conducted virtually from 28th to 30th May, 2021.

The competition witnessed participation from 24 teams from all over India and the moot proposition was based on pandemic-stricken crisis cartels in the civil aviation industry.

Furthermore, the Final Round was adjudged by a distinguished panel consisting of Justice S Ravindra Bhat - Judge, Supreme Court of India, Dr. Geeta Gowri - Former Member, Competition Commission of India, and Ms. Jyoti Jindgar Bhanot - Adviser & Head of Anti-Trust Division-1, Competition Commission of India.
