Octobotics Tech Pvt Ltd has raised ₹10 crore from a seed fundraise led by Navam Capital, with participation from BYT Capital.

MetaLaw Offices advised Ocotobotics Tech on this fundraise. The team advised on structuring and execution of the transaction, working closely with the founders and investors to ensure a smooth and efficient closing.

The transaction was led by Abhay Vohra (Founding Partner), along with Puneet Bhatia (Associate Partner) and Mansi Dixit (Associate).

GameChanger Law Advisors represented BYT Capital on this transaction. The Firm reviewed and negotiated the transaction documentation.
