MakeO Healthcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., parent company of Toothsi, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Zenyum Pte. Ltd., a leading oral care player in Southeast Asia, subject to regulatory approvals.

Touchstone Partners advised MakeO Toothsi on this transaction. The Firm advised from inception of the transaction, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of definitive transaction documents. The firm also coordinated with legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and several other Asian markets.
