Bhasin is a Lawyer and Fellow Chartered Accountant, is a seasoned business leader with 35+ years of cross-functional expertise spanning banking, financial services, business process outsourcing, and legal solutions. He has helped in building organizations, scaling operations for Fortune 500 clients, and steering strategic initiatives including fundraising, M&A, and governance whilst leading large teams, driving operational excellence and P&L management.
Starting his career with Standard Chartered Bank, he has held senior roles at American Express, IBM Daksh and UnitedLex Corporation.
IndiSec operates at the intersection of law, regulation, and technology, with focus on assisting organizations in addressing their obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and comparable international frameworks such as the GDPR.
