Vishwanath Pratap Singh has joined Bharti Enterprises as the Head of Corporate Legal.

Singh is a 2007 graduate of National Law School of India University.

He is an experienced practitioner in corporate laws and has significant M&A, PE and VC transactional experience. He has over 18 years of professional experience. He has extensively worked with private equity investors, promoters, development finance institutions, pension funds and impact investors on equity as well as quasi-equity transactions in India and South Asia.

Prior to joining Bharti Enterprises and starting his stint as an in-house counsel, Singh was an Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for 5 years. He has worked with Luthra and Luthra, Trilegal and the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in the past.
