Morrison Foerster, Khaitan & Co advises Autodesk on acquisition of select tech assets, intellectual property from BIMDeX

Autodesk Inc has entered into a definitive agreement with BIMDeX, wherein Autodesk acquire select technology assets and intellectual property, as well as hire a subset of the BIMXDex team.

Morrison Foerster was the lead counsel for Autodesk on this acquisition

Khaitan & Co advised Autodesk on the Indian law aspects of this acquisition and the hiring of a subset of the BIMDeX team in India.
