JSA has announced the onboarding of Brijita Prakash as a Partner. She has joined JSA's Bengaluru office with a team of seven senior associates and associates.

A specialist in property laws, Prakash has over 25 years of experience advising clients in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, including Prestige Estates, Brigade Enterprises, and Godrej Properties.

Prakash has handled many significant transactions in the Real Estate space. She has represented prominent developers and builders in Karnataka and regularly advises on complex issues related to title, urban development, and regulatory compliance within the real estate sector.

She regularly advises on the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and is adept at navigating consumer disputes and regulatory compliance matters.

Prior to joining JSA, Prakash was a Partner at DSK Legal and before that at Dua Associates, Advocates & Solicitors.
