Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited has announced the appointment of Pooja Bedi as General Counsel & Company Secretary.

Bedi has over 25 years of legal and business leadership experience across the FMCG, alcobev, healthcare and technology sectors, with experience spanning India and international markets.

A lawyer, Fellow Company Secretary and Executive MBA graduate from CEIBS, Shanghai, she has advised Boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams across complex and highly regulated operating environments. Her experience spans corporate governance, risk and compliance, regulatory strategy, business transformation and strategic advisory, bringing together legal expertise with a strong commercial understanding of business.

Bedi joins HCCB from Mondelēz India, where she served as Chief Counsel - India, and has previously held senior legal and compliance leadership roles at Philips, JUUL, AB InBev and Pernod Ricard.

In her role at HCCB, she will lead the company’s Legal, Compliance and Secretarial functions, working closely with the Board and leadership team on governance, regulatory matters and corporate compliance.
