Jasleen Oberoi joins KPMG India as General Counsel

Oberoi has vast experience in Commercial Arbitrations, Corporate Litigations, Competition law , IT and General Corporate Advisory Practice.

Jasleen Oberoi has quit JCB India to join KPMG India as a General Counsel.

Oberoi is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University.

She has vast experience in Commercial arbitration, Corporate litigation, Competition law, IT, and General Corporate Advisory Practice. She also has special expertise in economic offences, anti-corruption issues, forensic and internal Investigations, and external prosecutions.

Prior to her move to KPMG India, Oberoi held the position of Executive Vice President, Legal and secretarial, at JCB India for over six years. She has also previously worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Dua Associates.
