Kaustubh Nandan Sinha has been appointed as General Counsel at Jaypee Infratech Limited.

Sinha is a 2009 graduate of Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.

He has extensive experience in corporate law, insolvency and dispute resolution. He has handled high-stakes litigation before the Supreme Court, the High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, and other tribunals across India.

Sinha was previously a Counsel at AZB & Partners and an independent legal consultant thereafter.

At Jaypee Infratech, Sinha will play a vital role in implementing the company’s resolution plan, managing complex litigation and navigating regulatory frameworks critical to the firm’s operations.
