Prashant Kataria has joined Property Share as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

Kataria is a 2003 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

He has over 17 years of experience across two jurisdictions (India and Singapore). He specializes in private equity, venture capital investments and exits, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate/commercial advisory.

Prior to joining Property Share, Kataria was a Partner at King Stubb & Kasiva (KS) for over 2 years. He has also previously worked at Lexygen and Nishith Desai Associates.
