Sugandha Asthana has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in the firm's Banking & Finance practice at Mumbai.

Asthana is an alumnus of Symbiosis International University.

She has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of debt and equity transactions during her career spanning over 17 years. Previously, she was a Partner at AZB & Partners and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, and was most recently the General Counsel of fintech company FPL Technologies.

On Asthana's joining, Managing Partner Cyril Shroff said,
