Trilegal lawyer Anamika Ray joins Anagram Partners as Partner in Corporate practice

Ray has over a decade of experience advising clients on private equity investments, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

Anagram Partners has onboarded Anamika Ray as a Partner in Corporate practice.

Ray has over a decade of experience advising clients on private equity investments, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and restructuring strategy.

She has advised on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across sectors including healthcare, real estate, energy, insurance and chemicals. Her experience includes advising clients on their entry into and exit from India and the setting up of investing platforms in India. She specialises in transactions involving sophisticated structuring and multiple securities and asset classes.

Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Ray was a Counsel at Trilegal for the past three and a half years.
