Willkie Farr & Gallagher has appointed Partner Dharshini Prasad as London Chair of international arbitration practice.

Prasad is an alumna of NUS Faculty of Law, Singapore. She earned her LLM from New York University School of Law.

Prasad has been with Willkie as a Partner for over the last four years. She is triple qualified to practice in Singapore, England and Wales, and New York, and advises on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, handling billion-dollar arbitrations globally across various industries. She serves as an arbitrator, sits on the LCIA Court and ICC UK Arbitration Committee, edits for the AAA Dispute Resolution Journal, teaches arbitration worldwide, and helped draft SIAC’s 2016 and 2017 Arbitration Rules.

Alongside Prasad, Willkie has appointed Kristen Young as global co-chair of international arbitration.
