Fraganote Fragrances Private Limited has raised ~$3 million from a Series A fundraise led by V Cube Ventures SA, with participation from existing investor Rukam Capital.
Agram Legal Partners advised Fraganote on this fundraise.
The transaction was led by Khusnuma Nagwaswalla (Partner) and Suyash Bansal (Associate), with strategic inputs from Anshuman Singh (Partner).
Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised existing investor Rukam Capital on this fundraise. ELP advised on the transaction structure and the review and negotiation of the share subscription agreement, the shareholders’ agreement, and other related documentation for the transaction.
The transaction team consisted of Abhishek Sanyal (Partner), Jishnu Dhar (Associate Partner) and Kingshuk Saha (Senior Associate).
Fraganote is an artisanal fragrance brand manufacturing products with a higher concentration of perfume oil that guarantees a longer stay.
The Company will use the fresh capital to expand its product portfolio and offline presence, and deepen omnichannel distribution across quick commerce platforms.
