Anagram Partners, S&R act on Vedanta Promoters stake sale worth Rs 1,737 crore

Finsider International Co. Ltd, a promoter entity of the Vedanta Group, sold its stake of 1.76% in the company for approximately $17 billion (Rs 1,737 crore) on the Indian Stock Exchange.

Anagram Partners acted as the legal advisor to Finsider International on this deal.
