Radiohead Brands Private Limited, which owns the non-alcoholic beverage brand ‘Jimmy’s Cocktails’, has raised ₹11 crores ($1.3 million) as part of its Pre-Series A funding round.
The funding round was led by Prath Ventures. Apart from them, other investors like Vijay Shekhar Sharma (PayTM), Ashim Ahuja (InCred Capital) and existing investors Keki Mistry (HDFC), Vishesh Khurana (Shiprocket) also participated in this investment round.
Chandhiok & Mahajan advised Radiohead Brands in this deal. The firm advised in the deal negotiation along with the drafting and execution of the transaction documents.
The deal team consisted of Sujoy Bhatia (Partner), Nishant Sogani (Managing Associate) and Suchitra Dey (Associate).
