Beauty Garage Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale by its promoter selling shareholders.

CMS INDUSLAW is advising Beauty Garage as well as the book running lead manager Systematix Corporate Services Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Kaushik Mukherjee (Partner), Anumeha Agrawal (Senior Associate), Associates Vaishnavi Tiwari, Riya Sethia, Nilanshu Mishra, Jai Tripathi, Mansavi Bihani, Krishi Shah, and Shreevardhan Dalmia.

Beauty Garage Limited is one of the few Indian homegrown companies positioned in the premium and salon-grade haircare segment with an established pan-India presence 13,000 salons and 272 cities.
