JSA advises BlissClub on ₹160 crore Series B fundraise

BlissClub has earmarked the fresh capital for offline retail scale-up and new product category expansion.

BlissClub Fitness Private Limited has raised ₹160 crore from a Series B fundraise led by Singularity AMC, with participation from Vidit Aatrey (CEO, Meesho) and existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised BlissClub on this fundraise. The Firm handled transaction documentation, negotiation, and closing.

The transaction was led by Rashi Saraf (Partner), with support from Rohit Jain (Principal Associate), Associates Sanjana Sreenath and Vaastu Tyagi.
