Iscon Balaji Foods Private Limited has raised $215 million from a Series A fundraise led by Advent International, with participation from 360 One Asset.
Trilegal advised Iscon Balaji Foods, its promoters and selling shareholders on this fundraise. The Firm provided comprehensive advice on the transaction structure and in finalisation of documentation, including regulatory and antitrust filings.
