Clove Dental (Global Dental Services Limited) has secured approximately 416.6 crore ($50 million) investment from Qatar Investment Authority in a Series D1 funding round.

Khaitan & Co advised Clove Dental on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Bharat Anand (Partner), Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Mukul Aggarwal (Principal Associate) and Lakshya Thukral (Associate), with assistance from Indruj Singh Rai (Partner), Sudipta Bhattacharjee (Partner) and Bharat Jain (Senior Associate) on taxation aspects.
