Alteria Capital has made a venture debt investment of ₹150 million in Captain Fresh (Infifresh Foods Private Limited).

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Alteria Capital in this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Varsha Jalan (Partner), Aditi Chandak (Senior Associate) and Vir Aditya Nanda (Associate).

Captain Fresh is engaged in the business of procuring, supplying, and processing fresh sea food and various categories of meat on a B2B basis through online retail players.
