Khaitan & Co, TT&A, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader act on Milky Mist ₹1,553 crore IPO

The proceeds from the IPO will be used for deployment of more coolers & freezers, among other things.

Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited has raised ₹1,553 crore from an initial public offering, comprised of a fresh issue of ₹1,428 crore and an offer for sale of shares worth ₹125 crore by the promoters of the Company.

TT&A advised the book running lead managers – JM Financial Limited, Axis Capital Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, on this IPO.
