Kochhar, Khaitan act on Zebra Technologies Corporation acquisition of Antuit AI

Zebra Technologies Corporation has acquired Antuit AI, a provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions specific to forecasting and merchandising for the retail and CPG industries.

Kochhar & Co. advised Zebra Technologies Corporation. The transaction was led by Senior Partner Stephen Mathias and Partner Deepti Bhat and supported by Associate Puneet Abrol.

Khaitan & Co advised Antuit group (along with Goodwin Procter LLP) on India leg in relation to sale by its shareholders of 100% stake to Zebra Technologies Corporation.

The core team consisted of Ashraya Rao (Partner), Ritwik Kulkarni (Principal Associate), Divakar Gupta (Senior Associate) and Chitra Jha (Associate) with assistance from Vinita Krishnan (Director) and Jimmy Bhatt (Principal Associate) on taxation aspects of the transaction.
