Himalaya Nutravedics Limited has completed its Initial Public Offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange SME platform for a book-built offer for an entirely fresh issue of 24,99,600 shares, with an offer size of ₹26.5 crore.

Legacy Law Offices advised Himalaya Nutravedics as well as the Book Running Lead Manager, Nirbhay Capital Private Limited, on this SME IPO.

The transaction team comprised of Priya Kataria (Associate Partner), Naman Anand (Counsel), and Associates Anushka Indurkar and Yukti Goel.

Himalaya Nutravedics is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical formulations in India and also undertakes third-party contract manufacturing for other Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical companies.
