Maharaja and Speedex India Limited, dba Speedex, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus BSE SME platform for an Initial Public Offering comprising of a fresh issue of 40,00,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of 10,00,000 equity shares by the Selling Shareholders, aggregating to ₹45+ crore.
