Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Limited has completed its listing on the BSE SME for an Initial Public Offering comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by a selling shareholder, aggregating to ₹38.38 crore.

Legacy Law Offices advised and acted for Punjabi Angithi, Selling Shareholder Mr Deepak Chadha, and the Book Running Lead Manager Corporate Makers Capital Ltd, on this IPO.

The Company operates 25+ cloud kitchens and 2 fine dine restaurant in Delhi NCR.

The Company’s listing was extremely successful, as the shares listed with a massive 53% premium (₹117.10) against the IPO price of ₹77, making it one of the best-performing SME IPOs this calendar year.
