Maple Infrastructure Trust has made an issuance of listed, senior, secured, AAA-rated, transferable, taxable and redeemable non-convertible debentures aggregating ₹700 crore.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Maple Infrastructure Trust on this NCD issuance. The Firm provided end-to-end legal support for the transaction, including structuring, drafting and finalisation of the debt documentation and advising on applicable SEBI regulatory and listing compliances.

The transaction team consisted of Ashneet Chhabra (Partner Designate), Ranjini Ghosh (Senior Associate) and Aditya Chib (Associate), who acted under the guidance of Girish Rawat (Senior Partner) and Varun Chauhan (Partner).

This is the maiden listed bond issuance by Maple Infrastructure Trust, with a tenor of over 14 years and 7 months.
