Rajani Associates advises Mahansaria Tyres on JV stake acquisition from Clean Max

Mahansaria Tyres has also made a power purchase under group captive model from the JV Company.

Mahansaria Tyres Private Limited has made an acquisition of 26% stake of a joint venture company from Clean Max; and a power purchase under group captive model from the JV Company.

Rajani Associates advised Mahansaria Tyres on both the transactions.
