Rajani, Lumiere act on Softline Holding acquisition of majority shareholding in Umbrella Infocare

Softline Holding PLC Limited, incorporated under the laws of Cyprus, acquired majority shareholding in Umbrella Infocare Private Limited.

Rajani Associates advised Umbrella Infocare Private Limited and its Promoters.

The team was led by Prem Rajani (Managing Partner), Purvi Kapadia (Partner) and Rashi Rajani (Associate).

Lumiere Law Partners advised Softline on the transaction.

The team was led by Vihang Virkar (Partner), Monika Deshmukh (Executive Director) with the support of Himanshu Garg (Senior Associate), Dhruval Sheth and Mitushi Garg (Associates)

The deal will significantly grow Softline's presence in the territory while seriously strengthening its cloud services offering for its global customer base.

This acquisition, together with its existing expertise, will form the basis for creating Softline's global AWS Centre of Excellence (CoE) for customers in almost 60 countries, giving them access to market leading cloud engineering and development services.
