Fusion CX has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of VA Platinum Offshoring, an Australian offshore staffing and managed workforce provider with subsidiaries in the Philippines.

S&T Legal advised Fusion CX through its UK entity, Fusion BPO Services Ltd., on the transaction, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of the Share Purchase Agreement and ancillary transaction documents, satisfaction of conditions precedent and completion.

The transaction team consisted of Akshay Gosavi (Partner) and Vidhan Gupta (Partner), Ankit Pitti (Associate Partner), and Associates Anusha Burman and Rajan Maheshwari.
