Ravin Infraproject Private Limited (of the Ravin Group) has acquired Cable Corporation of India Limited.
TRD Associates advised Ravin Infraproject on the transaction, providing end-to-end legal assistance, including advising on the overall structure, drafting and reviewing of the transactional documents, in addition to advising on the pending disputes.
The transaction and disputes team was led by Teresa Daulat (Co-Founding Partner), with assistance Ayush Khandelwal (Senior Associate).
The acquisition expands Ravin Group's portfolio and strengthens its position in the power and technology sector.
By bringing together Ravin's 76-year legacy with CCI's 69 years of industry presence, the Group now represents more than 145 years of combined expertise in the electrical cable sector.
