Ravin Infraproject Private Limited has acquired Prysmian Cavi e Sistemi S.r.l.’s majority stake in Ravin Cables Limited, bringing end to an era of disputes between the JV Partners and restoring majority control to the Ravin Group by marking the complete exit of the Italian JV Partner.

TRD Associates advised Ravin Infraproject, Vijay Karia (Chairman and Managing Director) and other shareholders on the transaction, providing end-to-end legal assistance, including advising on the strategy, transaction structuring, negotiation, drafting, reviewing, as well as the resolution of longstanding disputes.

The transaction team consisted of Teresa Daulat (Co-Founding Partner), Rishir Daulat (Co-Founding Partner), Mohanish Patkar (Associate Partner), Ayush Khandelwal (Senior Associate) and Meenakshi Pahuja (Associate).

The disputes team was led by Teresa Daulat, with support from Mohanish Patkar, Ayush Khandelwal and Kritika Mundra (Associate).

This transaction reinforces the Ravin Group’s position in Ravin Cables Ltd., which coupled with the acquisition of Cable Corporation of India, strengthens Ravin Group's presence in India and Global markets.
