Trilegal, Khaitan advise on Continuum Green Energy securing $67.5 million from Just Climate

Just Climate had previously invested $150 million into the Continuum Green Energy.

Continuum Green Energy Limited has raised $67.5 million from Just Climate and one of its limited partners.

Trilegal acted for Continuum Green Energy and Continuum Green Energy Holdings Limited on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Rahul Chugh (Partner), Siddhant Maheshwari (Senior Associate), Kriti Chatrath (Senior Associate) and Navya Bhayana (Associate).

Khaitan & Co advised Just Climate on their investment in Continuum. The Firm was involved in providing end-to-end legal support to Just Climate including advice on structuring; negotiation of transaction documents and assistance with signing and closing of the transaction documents.

The fundraise follows a previous investment of $150 million into the Continuum Green Energy by Just Climate, along with one of its limited partners in September 2024.
