Dosti Realty Limited has filed confidential draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering of its equity shares of face value of INR 5 each comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale. 

Trilegal is advising Dosti Realty on this IPO.

The transaction is being led by Albin Thomas (Partner), with support from Arsh Sinha (Senior Associate) and Associates Snehal Kaushal, Anand Kumar, Mohak Agarwal and Rishab Taori.

TT&A is advising JM Financial Limited, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and ITI Capital Limited, the book running lead managers acting on this IPO.

The transaction team consists of Abhinav Kumar (Partner), Shubham Sancheti (Managing Associate), Abhishek Iyer (Senior Associate), Associates Daniyal Khan, Basil Gupta and Mihika Ambikar.

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is serving as the international legal counsel to the BRLMs.

The transaction is being led by Biswajit Chatterjee (Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner), with support from Suchisubhra Sarkar (Senior Associate) and Purva Mishra (Associate).
