TT&A advises Norwegian Norfund on investment in Fourth Partner Energy

Fourth Partner Energy has raised $275 million from Norfund and other investors.

Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited has raised $275 million from Norfund, IFC, ADB and DEG.

Norfund is owned and funded by the Norwegian Government for developing countries. Fourth Partner Energy is a Renewable Energy company focusing on building and financing solar, wind, hybrid, battery storage and e-molbility projects.

TT&A advised Norfund on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Dushyant Bagga (Partner), Pooja Menon (Managing Associate), Abhilash Gupta (Senior Associate) and Prerna Raturi (Associate).

The investment will help with Fourth Partner Energy's business expansion plans which includes a target portfolio of 3.5 GW of renewable energy assets by 2026.
