Former Krishnamurthy & Co Partner Abhishek Shinde has recently joined AZB & Partners in Delhi.

Abhishek is part of the firm’s corporate practice group and is working with Partner Vinati Kastia.

AZB Senior Partner Hardeep Sachdeva confirmed Abhishek’s joining as a partner in the firm. We have also reached out to AZB Delhi Managing Partner Ajay Bahl for comment.

Abhishek has previously worked with Trilegal, Amarchand Mangaldas, J. Sagar Associates, and Ranbaxy, before setting up Citius Law Partners in 2015 along with Atish Kumar Vats.

In August 2016, both Abhishek and Atish moved to K Law.

Abhishek is a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore and his practice areas include M&A, joint ventures, private equity, general banking, project financing and corporate finance.
