Akshay Malhotra, formerly Partner at HSA Advocates, has joined Khaitan & Co as a Partner in their Energy, Infrastructure & Resources practice.

Speaking on the development, Amar Sinhji, Executive Director at Khaitan commented,

Akshay is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School. He has previously also worked at Trilegal and Luthra & Luthra (now L&L Partners). He joined HSA in 2016.

Recently, Advaita Legal Partner Sudipta Bhattacharjee has also joined Khaitan & Co along with his team.
