Central Government notifies extension of tenure of Justice Abhay Ahuja as Additional Judge of Bombay High Court

Justice Ahuja was appointed additional judge of Bombay High Court in February 2020.

The Central Government on Friday notified extension of tenure of Justice Abhay Ahuja as Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court from March 4, 2023.

The extension, along with appointment of Judges to Rajasthan High Court, was announced by Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju on Twitter.

Justice Ahuja was appointed additional judge of the Bombay High Court in February 2020 for two years. In January 2022, his term was extended by the Central government till March 2023, following a recommendation by the Collegium in November 2021.
