The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of a Judge each to the Allahabad High Court and the Madras High Court.

Two statements to this effect were issued following a Collegium meeting held on October 6.

Advocate Manu Khare has been recommended for appointment as a Judge of the Allahabad High Court.

For the Madras High Court, the Collegium has approved the elevation of Advocate J Sathya Narayana Prasad as a Judge.
