[Coronavirus] Appellate Tribunal for Electricity to hear only urgent matters from March 16-20

The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) has intimated that it will only take up urgent matters in the coming week as a precautionary measure to guard against the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

A notification issued to this effect states that only only urgent matters as are mentioned will be taken up between March 16 and 20. All other cases listed for the day are to be adjourned.

The notification adds that the Court Masters are authorised to give the next date of hearing.
