After a brief period away from the Company, Varun Prabhakar has rejoined Devyani International Limited as a General Counsel.

Prabhakar is a 2009 graduate of Mewar Institute of Management. He is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Prabhakar spent his initial years at law firms, before joining Devyani International in 2016. He was associated with the Company for nine years, before moving to TrueRE - Oriana Power Ltd in 2025. After his brief stint at TrueRE, Prabhakar has now rejoined Devyani International as a General Counsel.
