Cyril Amarchand Competition Partner Bharat Budholia resigns

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Competition Law Partner Bharat Budholia has resigned from the firm to join another law firm.

Confirming this development, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Cyril Shroff said,

“We wish him the best.”

Budholia is currently serving his notice period. It is understood that he has a couple of offers in hand, but is yet to make a decision on where to go.

Bharat was made Partner in 2016. He started his career with Juris Corp after graduating from HNLU, Raipur in 2009. In 2011, he moved to Amarchand Mangaldas and has been with the firm since then.

Recently, Cyril Amarchand hired Trilegal Corporate Partner Ravindra Bandhakavi along with his team of 8 lawyers.
