The third edition of the Delhi Arbitration Weekend (DAW), jointly organized by the Delhi High Court and the Delhi International Arbitration Centre will be held from September 15-21, 2025. The event is designed to promote dialogue on international arbitration practices.
Delhi Arbitration Week 2025 will conclude on September 21 with a closing session at Auditorium, S Block, High Court of Delhi.
Gary Born, Partner, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, will deliver a keynote address, which will be followed by a presidential address by Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of State, Ministry of Law and Justice and a valedictory address by Chief Guest Justice Surya Kant, Supreme Court of India.
DAW Chairperson Justice Vibhu Bakhru will deliver the Vote of Thanks.
DAW 2025 will begin on September 15, 2025.
Chief Justice of India BR Gavai, Delhi High Court Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, and Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia, Stephen Gageler AC will be in attendance at the opening ceremony.
